Cevapcici - Mince meat cigars... hehehe

(This is my favourite dish. The above description is not far from the truth, and I have seen every English equivalent of their name and as such I will create my own name for them... Either way, food does not get any more delicious or any easier to make then this wonderful feast.)

Ingredients :

• 500g of mince beef

• 1 Garlic clove

• 1 Tablespoons of finely chopped Basil Leaves

• 1 Tablespoons of finely chopped Parsley

• 2 Eggs

• 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika

• Salt 

• Pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then roll up meat in a round elongated manner (sausage shape). Then place in a hot pan and fry (olive oil is recommended) until cooked through... simple!

Serve with:

- mashed potatoes, however finely chop an onion and fry it until golden brown and mix in with potato when mashing.

- A fresh garden salad

It should be pointed out that like most other meals there are many variations to this, and with this recipe comes some slight favouritism. The point is that one should not be afraid to experiment, and it is experimenting which has given us all the beautiful recipe's available today.
