Instructions :
In a large saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic until golden brown in color. Add the lamb, veal, pork and chillies and saute for 30 minutes. Add 3 cups of water, tomatoes, paprika, Vegeta and Bay leaves and cook for a further 25 minutes. Add wine and potatoes and stir. Add 2-3 cups of water and cook for 25 more minutes. Remove from heat, stir well and serve with boiled rice or egg fettucine. |
