Sheracon is a builder of custom homes, custom extensions and renovations, external entertainment areas, gazebos, pergolas, etc. Founded by Eddy Scheruga at the age of 32, he has been building for 14 years. It began with speculative first and second home buyer homes in the outer Melbourne suburbs and through steady percerverence, the company has grown to specialize in high quality custom construction. Sheracon has 7 full-time staff and a team of professional tradesmen.

Build is what we do. We strive to be the best and earn recognition accordingly. We are in the business of making physical change. Nothing happens unless changes are made.

Sheracon understands this completely and structure oursleves so as to implement this rule effeciently and artistically. Builders rarely experience the art of building because they are too busy trying to stay ahead of the very things that reward you with it.

At Sheracon we strive for excellence so we can enjoy the very essence of the skills we have been trained for. We refuse to be involved with projects where price competition is high. Where finish and budget are secondary. Such deals are not only counterproductive but unneccessary.

Sheracon says no to the bidding wars that drive prices and quality down. We believe that such an environment is no place for a competent, successful, and profitable building company. Sheracon differenciates ourselves as a high quality customer orientated builder. The company will simply not take a job that falls short of target margins.
