Blitva sa krumpirom  - Silverbeet and potato

Ingredients :

  • 600g silverbeet

  • 600g potato

  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • 100ml of olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper

 Instructions :

Wash the silverbeet and peel and cut the potato and bring to boil in salt based water. Fry the garlic in olive oil and pour over the silverbeet and potato then salt/pepper to taste.

Serve alongside fried fish or roast pork.
